Rapid Relief Homeopathy for everyone!

Hey all

Some news!! I kept this under wraps a bit (well, I had no choice, I signed a non-disclosure agreement…) but there has been a project going on in the background. Way back in autumn 2024 I got asked to participate in the writing of a book. The project took a whole lot of work by a whole lot of dedicated people, including some very experienced homeopaths. The finished article was launched this weekend just gone. I am very proud and very grateful to have been able to participate. Here I am with the book (in my back garden, you can see my washing line... I'm so not professional at this stuff yet!)

The book? The whole project was headed up by the inimitable genius

and energy ball that is Dr Khush Mark PhD, the supervisor of my practitioner team, who heads up the New School of Nutritional Medicine. It’s called Rapid Relief Homeopathy and is just that, a handbook on how to use homeopathy in everyday acute situations for rapid relief. The first print run sold out in a couple of days! But I know that more are coming into stock soon.

So many homeopathy books are written in somewhat archaic or

medical language that the layman may find hard to understand. What’s more, the principles of homeopathy differ quite a lot to the principles of allopathic (orthodox) medicine, and understandably a lot of people struggle to get their heads around how to use homeopathy.

This book aims to change all that – it’s a book that should be in every household so that when you bang your thumb with a hammer, your kids come down with a nasty cold or stomach bug, or you burn yourself on the grill pan you know what to do. There are lots of people out there with a remedy kit that sits in the first aid cupboard unused and this is a real shame.

The book is colourful, practical and bang up to date “how to” on homeopathy in acute situations (not chronic – that’s more complex and you would need to see a qualified homeopath to help you with chronic illnesses).

Some more news – this summer myself and my family will be briefly moving out of our current home in Wimbledon as we are undertaking a renovation of the house we moved into a couple of years ago. We hope to be able to move to temporary accommodation close to where we are currently based for several reasons – not least being close to the boys’ school – but also so that Skye the whippet will be ok and so that I can continue to give Alexander Technique lessons to all my lovely Alexander clients. Nutrition and homeopathy consults are mostly online, and so will continue to be offered as normal.

If you know of any suitable accommodation in the Wimbledon area / south west London that might be available for rent from the summer onwards then please do get in touch – we are on a bit of a tight budget.

In the meantime I’m here so please do reach out with any questions or queries about nutrition, healthy lifestyle, homeopathy and Alexander Technique.

All the best
