A hair tissue mineral analysis gives a 3 month "picture" of mineral balance, heavy metal toxicity, and an indication of thyroid and adrenal health. It is a good idea to repeat the test 6-9 months after the initial test. Includes laboratory test (approx £50) plus an hour's consultation and full nutrition report / plan.
